Kade Noord offers 47 modern owner-occupied homes in Amsterdam-Noord with surfaces ranging from 49 m² to 110 m². All houses have a spacious garden or roof terrace. The requirement for the structural plan development was that all homes must be climate neutral and energy efficient. The EPC of 0 was achieved through the use of solar panels and the highly insulated building envelope.
