The specification of specifications is essential during a construction process. This quality document ensures that you get exactly what you ask for. General requirements are laid down and quality requirements and materials are determined.

With a 3D scan you get immediate insight into the existing situation. We can process your wishes and requirements into a BIM 3D model, which means more efficiency, better communication and fewer errors.

For the sake of directing and testing the design process, we calculate the building costs (NEN 2699) and the set-up costs (NEN 2631) from preliminary design (VO) up to executive design (UO). With our cost estimation we direct costs, exploitation, direct and indirect costs and we secure the task-setting budget.

Fire safety is an important part of the building regulations. Our Fire Safety Engineer tests your design or building against the applicable rules and provides a clear report. This prevents problems and you have a safe building that meets all requirements.

Building involves risks. We provide insight into these risks and draw up a construction and safety plan for you. Such a plan is often necessary for your environmental permit.

Construction safety is essential and subject to strict rules. All involved have to do with this: architect, contractor, but ultimately also the end user. We test safety against the regulations and monitor the safety of your construction team.
