The De Scholver shopping center in Capelle aan den IJssel has had a thorough metamorphosis. To make the center future-proof again, the north and south entrances will be redesigned. On the north side there will be a beautiful staircase and an elevator. On the south side / Pier Panderplein there will be family restaurants with an adjoining terrace. The outdated facades give way to contemporary architecture.

Bureau Bouwkunde Nederland has elaborated the design by architect TconcepT for the phases Technical Design (TO) and Implementation Ready Design (UO). For this we made a 3D scan of the existing situation to check whether the intended renovation would fit within the adjoining buildings.
