Dok70 in Terneuzen will be a 70-meter-high residential tower offering panoramic views of the Westerschelde. On the ground floor, there will be a restaurant with a terrace, and above that, various types of dwellings, including urban studios, two-bedroom apartments, and penthouses.

For this project, we have been commissioned by Cordeel Nederland to provide the architectural plan development for the Technical Design and Construction-Ready Design.
