Bureau Bouwkunde, in collaboration with the team of Barcode Architects, developed the design of three new buildings on the campus of Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven – totalling 24,000 m2 GLA – adjacent to a green park with a square and a grandstand. Building R11 will be constructed on the Rachelsmolen side and will house general (campus-wide) facilities, while Building R12 will be on the Onze Lieve Vrouwestraat side and will house specific teaching spaces (practice and lab areas). Building R13, on the Kennedylaan side, contains general teaching and work spaces.

Bureau Bouwkunde further developed the Technical Design (TO) into a Design in Progress (UO). Barcode and Bureau Bouwkunde jointly drew up an Action Plan and timetable for the development of the UO phase.
