The GreenTech Incubator is one of the first buildings to be built on the new GreenTech Park Brabant that is being developed in the municipality of Boxtel. Small companies and startups can settle in the Incubator and there is room for a knowledge center.

During the Preliminary Design Bureau Bouwkunde was asked for architectural advice, building cost management, fire safety and a preliminary Dutch Building Decree test.

The shell of the Incubator is made of solid wood in the form of CLT (Cross Laminated Timber). The outside is covered with dark carbonized wood. The roof shape of the different segments has been optimized for the collection of sunlight with solar panels, light from the north and the collection of rain with a vegetation roof.
