Parc Alcazar in Puttershoek is being developed into a diverse residential neighbourhood, designed by RoosRos Architects, offering a wide range of housing options. There will be 36 apartments, 12 duplex homes, 6 townhouses, 10 semi-detached houses, and 3 free building plots for custom homes. Parc Alcazar will be a green, car-free neighbourhood surrounding an existing farmhouse with espaliered lime trees and characteristic trees. The name ‘Park Alcazar’ is a reference to the former event venue ‘Alcazar’ that was located on the site.
Bureau Bouwkunde has provided the architectural detailing in the Final Design (DO) phase, commissioned by RoosRos Architects. Bureau Bouwkunde has also created the sales and rental drawings for the project.
