‘De Elisabeth’ is a transformation project involving multiple buildings on Lange Elisabethstraat in Utrecht. Above the existing shops, apartments are being developed while preserving the original 1930s facades. Bureau Bouwkunde has taken on the design management and technical advisory role for this project. This includes construction cost estimation, STABU specifications, V&G Construction Safety Plan, and price and contract formation. Bureau Bouwkunde is also responsible for construction management, specifically project management until completion.
