Our client Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam had the wish to renovate the location in Schiedam on a large scale. Bringing all repair sites under a joint board had a direct influence on the space requirement at the head office. What is special about this project is that all work within the office is continued during all construction processes.
After the Architecture Bureau carried out the complete architectural survey of the existing situation in a first phase, implementation could start in this phase.
The Architecture Bureau has been the technical supervisor and supervisor throughout the entire construction process. In these roles, we have proactively monitored the realization of the project in collaboration with the client and the architect.
In accordance with our vision “creative freedom for the architect”, we guided DroogBuro and DSR throughout the entire process.
Onze opdrachtgever Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam had de wens om de locatie in Schiedam grootschalig te renoveren. Het onderbrengen van alle reparatiewerven onder een gezamenlijke board heeft een directe invloed gehad op de ruimtebehoefte bij het hoofdkantoor. Bijzondere aan dit project is dat alle werkzaamheden binnen het kantoor gecontinueerd zijn tijdens alle bouwprocessen.
