Redevelopment of a monumental bank building into 1,700 m2 of office space, 104 luxury apartments, 11 penthouses and 1,200 m2 of commercial space. This complex is also equipped with a 2-layer underground parking garage.
The City Building is part of the plans to densify the Laurenskwartier. The square-shaped building is cut open on one of the sides, so that part of the building appears to be folded back. The oblique line that led to a route to the hall of the door J.J.P. Old designed Savings Bank, with which the City Building formed a block. You can also see folding lines in height, so that the sleek glass building itself is experienced differently from different angles.
