De Open Waard is a residential building with 57 sustainable homes and 2 commercial spaces, designed by Roeleveld-Sikkes Architects.
On behalf of and in collaboration with Giesbers Ontwikkelen en Bouwen, Bureau Bouwkunde provided the architectural plan development for the Construction-Ready Design (UO), including the complete integrated work specification. Additionally, Bureau Bouwkunde was responsible for BIM management through BIM coordination and clash detection. For this project, collaboration was done in an integrated manner with various suppliers within a single BIM model.
