For our client, we worked out the provisional design for the new-build apartments for Klapwijkse Pier 3 in Berkel and Rodenrijs up to and including execution in collaboration with Wurck Architectuur Stedenbouw Landschap BV. The apartment complex has 22 homes and 33 parking spaces and is part of an urban development plan of a total of five residential buildings on Klapwijkse Zoom.
