Appartments Boutenslaan has been realized on the corner of Hoogstraat / Boutenslaan in Eindhoven: a complex of approximately 10,000 m² GFA, consisting of 81 apartments and 144 studios. A building with an A ++ energy label, completely gas-free, with an “all-electric” energy supply. Various facilities such as solar panels, heat pumps and a sedum roofing contribute to this sustainable building. The houses are intended for knowledge workers / expats and (work) students.

For our client Slokker Bouwgroep Eindhoven office, we have developed the Implementation Ready Design (UO) including the integration and drawing of the installation technology. The team of Bureau Bouwkunde Nederland has provided the complete architectural 3D BIM elaboration.

In the tendering phase, we also commissioned the installation consultants to model the entire installation in 3D in accordance with the installation design by Erikzon, for the E-installations and FJ Swinkels, for the W-installations. Partly because we took care of both the architectural and installation drawings during the development phase, we were able to significantly shorten the development phase, clashes between architectural and installations and resulting in efficiently arranged pipeline routes.
