The project involves the redevelopment of an existing building of approx. 840 m2 GFA into a hotel, on the Eendrachtsplein in Rotterdam.

For the implementation, we have developed the plan in 3D on the basis of a 3D scan of the existing situation and the design of Mei architects and planners. The biggest challenge of the project was a combination of the limited surface area and the current tilt. We incorporated this into BIM so that the execution could proceed efficiently.

Ultimately, Hotel Unplugged is one of the colorful design hotels in Rotterdam. The hotel is all about the latest technology and comfort is also very important.
